You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from the publisher’s website. No need to contact support.
Step 1: Go to the website and login
Go to the publisher’s website and click “Log in”
Step 2: Enter your email address
Enter the email address connected to your subscription and use the one-time code sent to your inbox
Step 3: Open your account settings
Once logged in, find your subscription under your account or profile page
Step 6: Click the cancel button
Click on the subscription you want to cancel
Step 7: Confirm your choice
Select “Cancel subscription” and confirm
What happens next?
Your subscription is now set to end automatically on your next renewal date. You will not be charged again. You can continue to enjoy reading all the content on the website until that date arrives. You should also receive an email shortly confirming that these changes have been made.
I cancelled but I’m still being charged?
If you’re still seeing charges after cancelling, you may have multiple subscriptions on different email addresses. Check whether you have accounts on more than one email. If the issue persists, contact support with your email address and a screenshot of the charge.
