Step 1: Go to the website
Open your web browser and go to the website where you have your subscription.
Step 2: Look for the login button
Look (typically in the upper corner of the page) for a button that says "Log in" and click it.
Step 3: Enter your email address
Type in the email address you used when you first signed up. After you click "Next" or "Submit," the system will send a special login code (a short string of numbers) to your email inbox.
Step 4: Check your email for the login code
Open your email in a new tab or on your phone. Look for a message from Sesamy. Write down/copy the code you see there, then go back to the website and type that code into the box on the screen to log in.
Step 5: Open your account settings
Now that you are logged in, click on the button that says "My Account" or similar. This is your personal area where you can manage your settings.
Step 6: Click the cancel button
Look toward the bottom right area of the page. You will see a button that says "Cancel subscription"
Step 7: Confirm your choice
A small window will pop up asking if you are sure. Click the button to confirm your cancellation. This ensures that the subscription isn't cancelled by accident.
What happens next?
Your subscription is now set to end automatically on your next renewal date. You will not be charged again. You can continue to enjoy reading all the content on the website until that date arrives. You should also receive an email shortly confirming that these changes have been made.
