Sesamy uses a passwordless login system. Instead of a traditional password, you receive a one-time code by email each time you log in.
How to Log In
Go to the publisher’s website and click “Log in” (usually at the top of the page)
Enter the email address linked to your subscription
Check your inbox for an email with a one-time login code
Enter the code on the website — you’re now logged in
Go to the website in question and start a log-in session, by typing in your e-mail in log in section (same e-mail as you signed up with)
Troubleshooting
I’m not receiving the login code
Check your spam/junk folder
Make sure you’re entering the exact email address connected to your subscription (check for typos)
Wait a minute and try again — sometimes delivery takes a moment
If using a company email with strict filters, ask your IT team to whitelist emails from Sesamy
It says my email doesn’t exist
This usually means your subscription is registered on a different email address. Common causes:
You signed up with a different email than you’re trying now
Your company subscription uses your work email, not your personal one
There’s a small typo in the registered email (e.g., .vom instead of .com)
Contact the publisher’s support to verify which email is linked to your subscription.
Changing Your Email Address
If you need to change the email connected to your subscription, contact the publisher’s support team. They can update your account to a new email address. Note: if the new email is already linked to another account, the publisher may need to merge or transfer your subscription.
