We process subscription charges hourly on the actual bill date. If a payment fails, we automatically retry up to three times over nine days. During payment issues, customers can continue accessing their subscription through a configurable grace period, unless these overlap with the next billing cycle. You can configure how many unpaid bills a customer can accumulate before their subscription expires.
