Go to the customer’s contract
Navigate to the customer's profile and open their contract.Open the Actions menu
Click on "Actions" in the contract view.Select “Change Anchor Date”
From the dropdown menu, choose "Change Anchor Date".Select the new anchor date
Pick the new desired anchor date (this is the date future billings or withdrawals will be based on).Save the changes
Confirm and save to update the customer’s anchor date.
