How to Add a Temporary Delivery Address for a Customer

  1. Go to the Deliveries section
    Start by navigating to the "Deliveries" section in the system.

  2. Select the relevant customer
    Find and click on the customer for whom you want to set a temporary delivery address.

  3. Open the Actions menu
    Click on "Actions" in the customer view.

  4. Choose “Change Delivery Address”
    From the dropdown menu, select "Change Delivery Address".

  5. Set the date range
    Choose the start and end dates during which the temporary address should be active.

  6. Enter the temporary address
    Type in the full temporary delivery address in the provided fields.

  7. Save the changes
    Confirm and save your changes to apply the temporary address for the selected period.
