This action cancels a contract, changing its status to Canceled and terminating the user's access to the associated product or service. When canceling a contract, you must select a cancellation date from the following options:
Immediately: The contract is canceled right away, and access is revoked instantly.
End of the Current Period: The contract remains active until the end of the current billing cycle, at which point it will be canceled.
On a Custom Date: You can specify a particular date in the future for the cancellation to take effect.
Additionally, you must provide a reason for the contract cancellation, choosing from the following options:
Vendor Request: The service provider initiates the cancellation.
Customer Request: The client has requested to terminate the contract.
Payment Failed: The contract is canceled due to unresolved payment issues.
