External customers are customers you can grant access to your page without them having a contract. They will not get charged for the subscription as long as they are on the list. They will not get a confirmation on e-mail or any send outs from us. This is just a way to give a customer access.
First you create a list and then you can add your customers to it.
Go to Customers - External customers
Create a list (upright corner)
Name your list and put a description for you internally (optional)
Add a specific product the people in the list should automatically get access to (optional)
Create list
Go back and click on your created list
Go to the upright corner actions and click add customer
Fill in the details and save
Now the customer has the same access as a paying subscriber would
