Go to contracts and create a new contract in the right corner
Choose the product you want to create a multiseat for
Fill in pricing details and make sure to press "use multiseat". You will then be able to fill in the amount of seats you want to have for your contract.
Fill in user and payment details for the person who will be the main user for the subscription
Review contract and save
