How to handle Withdrawal Requests in the Portal

If a customer wants to exercise their 14-day right of withdrawal, they should:

  1. Log in to My Pages.

  2. Click Withdrawal Request.

  3. Submit their withdrawal request.

After the request has been submitted, the customer will receive a confirmation email confirming that their withdrawal request has been received.

The request will then appear in your portal, where you can review and either approve or reject it.

If you accept the withdrawal request, the contract will be canceled right away and the reason will be logged on the contract history. You then need to manually issue any refunds that the customer should receive through the regular refund process.

Once the request has been processed, the status will be visible to the customer under My Pages.
