1. Enter your email or pick your login method
Enter the email address you used when you made the purchase.
You can also use one of the social logins but only if they are connected to the same email you entered when you made the purchase.
2. A code will be sent to your email
Please go to your email inbox and look for our code email.
You must keep this screen open, so open your email in another tab or window.
3. Open your email client in a new window
Make sure you open a new window and go to your email provider.
You can also check the code in your mobile app or any other method you use.
It's just important to remember to not close the window where you should enter the code.
4. Make sure you use the lastest code
Some email clients will group similar emails together so you might have to scroll to the bottom of the thread to find the latest code.
Old codes get deactivated once a new one is sent, so it's important to make sure you pick the latest one.
5. Copy the code from the email
Copy the lastest code from the email
6. Enter the latest code
Go back to the login screen and enter the latest code into the login box
